Throughout his career, Tony has established himself as a specialist in local government procurement, with experience spanning internal council procurement leadership roles through to consulting on best practice and supporting procurement functions at a statewide level. His deep understanding of the sector enables him to navigate complex procurement environments while delivering practical, outcome-focused solutions.

In his role as Head of Engagement at LGCA, Tony draws on his first-hand local government experience and strong sector knowledge to support councils in achieving optimal procurement outcomes. His approach is grounded in collaboration, best practice, and a clear understanding of the unique challenges faced by local government.
