Gwydir Council – Cab Chassis Public Tender Notice

Local Government Contracts Australia (LGCA), would like to invite suitable suppliers to the following opportunity to on 6 x Cab Chassis, for Gwydir Shire Council. To access this opportunity, suppliers must first register as instructed below. 

This approach is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient procurement process while enabling suppliers to be visible to participating councils predominantly within the NSW New England area, but also nationally if they wish. 

Suppliers will be required to move through a pre-qualification Request to Qualify (RTQ) process, to enable councils to procure these services via the National Local Government Suppliers Register (NLGSR), administered by LGCA.

Please note:  

Once suppliers complete the supplier registration form, they will be sent instruction to complete the online RTQ submission in full (7 forms) by the close date.  

Following the RTQ process, the Request for Quote (RFQ) Specification will be released to suppliers. 

Important Deadline: 

Suppliers are required to complete their RTQ submission via the LGCA portal by 5pm AEST Friday 8 May 2026. 

Please note:  

The NLGSR will remain open after this date for future opportunities with other councils nationally, however, we encourage suppliers to complete their RTQ submission by the deadline to ensure they receive this council RFQ.
