Procurement Consultant Career Opportunity

Are you looking for a meaningful consulting role supporting local government procurement across Australia? 
 
At Local Government Contracts Australia (LGCA), we’re expanding and currently looking to fill the role of Procurement Consultant. This is a full-time permanent role, remote working from anywhere in Australia, and the primary responsibilities for this position include: 

  • End to end procurement facilitation support for councils 
  • Procurement policy, strategy and framework support 
  • Contact management support 
  • Probity, governance and compliance support 
  • Market analysis, supplier engagement, and contract management reviews 
  • Fostering strong client relationships with councils 

Experience: 

  • Demonstrated end-to-end procurement and contract management experience, ideally  
    within or for the public sector 
  • Strong knowledge of local government procurement frameworks, regulations, and probity  
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality consulting support
